About
Illustrator for concept art, character design, album covers and other miscellaneous cover art. Hi, I’m Leonela, an illustrator based in Canada who uses musical influences and mixes that with the macabre to create dark, surrealist pieces that defy conventional beauty standards. The highlight of my works is the use of ‘kachou fuugetsu’, which is a Japanese concept of finding yourself through nature. It translates to ‘Flower, Bird, Wind, Moon’ so these are elements prevalent throughout my body of work. If you're interested in my work, please do get in touch!
